Question: What advice can you give for regaining confidence?
Answer: Rebuild from square one. Then, start stepping up the ranks again. You have to start at a level that you're comfortable with, even if it feels too small or too easy.
Keep practicing and keep it as simple as possible. Work on the basics of a good, solid rhythm and work your way up. At some point, you’ll push a little harder than you’ll be ready for and you'll make a mistake. But if you want to keep going up the levels, you have to be willing to make those mistakes because that’s when you learn.
Winning all the time doesn’t make you tougher. When you have to work through and solve problems—that's what makes you the tougher rider with confidence.
